Sizing

For orders regarding a ring, please note your ring size in the ‘Order notes’ box at the checkout.

You will receive an email confirming this size is correct after ordering.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not happy with anything you’ve bought from us, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on peakjewellery.com. All items are to be returned unworn in their orginal packaging. Please contact us via email to begin the return process. info@peakjewellery.com

Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Quality control

All Pieces sold in the UK comply by the Birmingham Assay Office regulations. Items that reach the particular weight parameters are completed by a full UK Hallmark stamped by the Birmingham Assay Office to confirm the precious metal fineness, for your own guarantee of quality. Any items that fall below the weight regulations will instead carry a simple stamp to display the metal composition.

Packaging

All items will be securely packaged in a luxury branded gift box and bag. All packaging and promotional materials are made from recycled materials or sourced from sustainable forests.

Your parcel will arrive in a protective and discreet box.

After Care

Peak Jewellery recommends the following to ensure your jewellery is kept looking its best;

Sterling Silver products should avoid contact with strong chemicals such as;
Chlorine, Perfume and Hairspray etc…
This can tarnish the metal. Professional jewellery polishing cloths will remove the tarnish and return it to its original finish.
For general wear, a soft cloth can be used to clean and polish.

Remove items prior to sleeping, showering or swimming to stop any unnecessary damage or loss. When not worn, keep flat in original packaging.
